Refunds & Exchange

EXCHANGE

We are happy to exchange unwanted items (with the exception of downloadable products) that are returned to us within 7 days, provided they are in perfect and saleable condition (if it is in the original, unopened packaging). Please send the items to the address below and enclose a note quoting your order number and specifying, with as much detail as possible, which items you require in exchange.

REFUNDS

  • Unless purchased instore, items purchased online can only be processed electronically. Your refund for eligible products will be transferred back to your Nigerian bank account.
  • Items will be refunded given that they are returned to us within 7 days and are in perfect and saleable condition (if it is in the original, unopened packaging).

ITEMS THAT CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

To ensure the safety of our buyers and integrity of our goods, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery:

  • DVDs and CDs
  • Downloadable products
